Dr. Mendelsohn Performs Transoral Robotic Surgery - TORS

Current Practice & Appointment

Dr. Mendelsohn currently serves an Associate Professor of Head & Neck Surgery in the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. In Dr. Mendelsohn's personal practice, he focuses on technologic and scientific breakthroughs to remain on the cutting edge of the field. While the main concentration of Dr. Mendelsohn's practice is the treatment of throat cancer, specifically in Transoral Robotic Surgery (TORS), Dr. Mendelsohn routinely evaluates patients with wide ranging disorders of the throat. Over the past decade, Dr. Mendelsohn has helped develop a leading national robotic surgery program, currently assigned as only 1 of 3 nationally recognized Head & Neck Robotic Surgeon Observational sites.
